旋转磁场对Al-Cu合金凝固组织动力学行为的影响杨效田1,李霞2,李锡恩3,李文生1(1.甘肃省兰州市兰州理工大学 材料科学与工程学院2.兰州交通大学 化学与生物工程学院,兰州 7300703.兰州商学院 教务处,兰州 730000)摘 要:以Al-(4%~5%)Cu合金为试验材料,研究旋转磁场环境对Al-Cu合金凝固组织的影响.将装于Φ16mm坩埚中Al-Cu合金在电阻炉中加热熔化,然后迅速放置于旋转磁场之中,让其在旋转磁场中冷却凝固.采用光学显微镜观察合金凝固组织变化.结果发现,旋转磁场对合金的凝固组织产生明显的细化效果,使粗大的树枝晶破碎,凝固组织不再是树枝晶结构,而呈现近等轴晶颗粒,分布较均匀,晶间距也明显减小.同时发现,不同的磁场强度对合金的凝固组织形貌有不同的影响,从细化晶粒角度讲,100V电......
