纳米ZnO薄膜的制备及其光催化性能郑磊1,鲁道荣1,黄长萍1,吴素贞1(1.安徽省合肥市合肥工业大学化学工程学院)摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米ZnO,用X射线衍射仪和透射电镜表征纳米ZnO的结构和形貌,制成薄膜研究其光催化性能.结果表明,在450~650℃范围内,随着焙烧温度增加,ZnO的结晶度和晶粒尺寸均增大.纳米ZnO的光催化性能在焙烧温度为650℃时较好.ZnO薄膜(4 cm×2 cm)光催化氧化降解苯酚溶液的适宜条件为苯酚溶液初始浓度0.145g/L,H2O2(30%)用量70.0mL/L,膜的纳米ZnO粉体用量为0.070g,室温下用两只40W荧光灯照射90m in.最佳条件下苯酚降解率可达95%.关键词:无机非金属材料; 纳米ZnO薄膜; 溶胶-凝胶法; 光催化; 苯酚; 降......
文章编号:1004-0609(2015)06-1625-09 常压烧结法制备ZnO陶瓷靶材 孙文燕,王日初,王小锋,彭超群 (中南大学 材料科学与工程学院,长沙 410083) 摘 要:采用凝胶注模成型技术制备ZnO陶瓷坯体,并在较低温度下常压烧结后获得相对密度达98.6%,晶粒尺寸为1.35 μm的陶瓷靶材,研究工艺参数对ZnO陶瓷靶材的相对密度,晶粒生长和电阻率的影响.结果表明:ZnO陶瓷靶材的相对密度随烧结温度升高而增大,在1050 ℃时达到最大值.适当增大升温速率或延长保温时间都有利于提高其相对密度.晶粒尺寸随升温速率的升高而减小,随保温时间的延长而增大.提高烧结温度和增加保温时间都可降低ZnO陶瓷靶材的电阻率.ZnO陶瓷靶材经1400 ℃烧结3 h后,获得的电阻率最小(为1.75×10-2 Ω·cm). 关键词:ZnO陶瓷靶材;凝胶注模;常压烧结;相对密度;晶粒尺寸......
