C/C复合材料表面TaC涂层的制备和生成机制 黄伯云1,李江鸿1,肖鹏1,熊翔1,张红波1 (1.中南大学,粉末冶金国家重点实验室,湖南,长沙,410083) 摘要:报道了一种在C/C复合材料基体上制各抗烧蚀TaC涂层的新方法.采用红外光谱,XRD及SEM表征了生成TaC涂层的Ta源:TaO2F·rH2O·TaF5.采用SEM观察了不同温度下转变生成的TaC涂层的形貌.在1200℃高温热处理,TaC涂层形貌为细颗粒状,在1800℃高温热处理后,TaC涂层为柱状晶.TaC的生成机制为:TaO2F·rH2O·TaF5高温分解凝聚生成的Ta2O5沉积在C/C复合材料基体表面,碳原子在Ta2O5中扩散反应生成TaC,TaC涂层形貌可由生成Ta2O5的凝聚成核理论解释. 关键词:TaC涂层; 制备; 生成机制; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

C/C多孔体中TaC晶须的制备及生长机理李江鸿,张红波,熊翔,肖鹏,黄伯云中南大学粉末冶金国家重点实验室摘 要:采用真空加压浸渍法,在C/C多孔体中浸渍TaF5溶液制备TaC晶须.通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察TaC形貌,发现晶须呈单根或束状,且晶须光滑,平直,直径小于1μm.晶须头部的球状液滴表明其生长机理为气-液-固(V-L-S)机制,但反应过程中的球状液滴不是由催化剂与反应体系形成的共融球,而是生成TaC晶须的反应组元Ta2O5液滴,由TaF5高温水解生成.热解炭原子在单个或团簇的Ta2O5液滴中扩散生长出单根或束状的TaC晶须.关键词:TaC晶须;制备;生长机理;......
