阴极沉积法制备Ca-P涂层研究 杨帮成1,张波1,屈阳1,杨秀东1,陈继镛1 (1.四川大学,生物材料工程研究中心,四川,成都,610064) 摘要:用阴极沉积法,以模拟体液(R-SBF)与Ca(NO3)2·4H2O-NH4H2PO4盐溶液(CP溶液)作为电解液,在经抛光后的钛片表面沉积生物活性Ca-P涂层.结果表明:在两种电解液中沉积的Ca-P涂层形貌不同;沉积层都是含有CO32-的Ca-P盐;两种Ca-P涂层的晶体结构有一定区别,在RSBF中沉积的涂层由磷酸八钙(OCP)和无定型磷灰石组成,在CP溶液中沉积的涂层除了磷酸八钙和无定型的磷灰石外,还含有少量羟基磷灰石(HA). 关键词:R-SBF; 钛; 阴极沉积; Ca-P涂层; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

氟处理的镁合金表面电化学沉积Ca-P涂层的研究张春艳1,2,蔡春瑞1,柳歆鹏1,王佳11. 重庆理工大学2. 重庆市特种焊接材料与技术高校工程研究中心摘 要:为改善镁合金的耐蚀性和生物相容性,以氟处理的AZ31镁合金为基体,通过Ca(OH)2处理后使其表面改性,用电化学沉积法在其表面制备了Ca-P涂层.通过SEM,EDS,XRD和FTIR分析了涂层的形貌,化学成分和相组成.结果表明:经HF酸处理后,镁合金表面形成具有微孔的氟转化层,氟转化层在Ca(OH)2溶液浸泡后形成具有微纳米孔隙的CaF2层;相比于未经Ca(OH)2处理的氟转化膜表面,具有微纳米孔隙的富钙层更有利于诱导含磷基团和钙离子的形核,电化学沉积所得的Ca-P涂层更致密均匀,晶体结晶更完整;电化学沉积后的涂层由长约70μm,宽约30μm的片......
