Effect of Rare Earths on Microstructure and Wear Resistance of Electrodeposition Ni-based Metal Composite Coatings

摘 要:Ni/Al2O3 composite coating was prepared by double pulse electrodeposit technique, and microstructure and wear resistance of Ni/Al2O3 composite coating were studied by SEM, TEM and property test. The results show that the distribution of Al2O3 in the coating is uniform, the crystal of matrix Ni are fine and close. Adding RE to plating bath can improve the microstructure and wear resistance of Ni /Al2O3 composite coating.
