氧化铝粉末成型规律的研究

摘 要:在刚玉耐火材料生产中,以烧结氧化铝为骨料,本文研究了烧结氧化铝粉末的成型条件。试验是以燃烧氧化铝粉为原料,添加0.4%的碳酸镁粉,以0.7%的聚乙烯醇为粘结剂,混合料水分为15%~16%,在1×107Pa的压力下预压,混合料经预压后,将压块打碎再成型,成型压力为5×107~6×107Pa,压块落下强度大于3次,干压块密度为2g·cm-3左右。随着压力的增加,压块强度和密度都提高。文中还对氧化铝粉成型的机理进行了讨论。
Abstract: In corundum fire-resistant material production, the sintering alumina is used as aggregate. This paper describes the briquetting condition of sintering alumina. The raw materials of test are calcimd alumina fines with addition of 0. 4% MgCO3 and 0. 7% polyvinyl alcohol. The moisture content of mixture is 15%~16%, which is pre-pressed at 1×107 Pa and then pressed under 5×107~6×107 Pa, The drop strength of briquette is more than 3 times and the density of drying briquette about 2 g·cm-3. The briquette strength and the drying briquette density are increased with the increasing of pressure. The mechanism of alumina fines pressing is discussed as well.
