摘    要:建立了电感耦和等离子体质谱法测定钕铁硼中微量元素的方法。通过实验选择了测定质量数,测定Nb、Zr时,选择了氢氟酸加入量,并进行了测定酸度和基体效应实验。考察了以Rh、In、Cs和Tl为内标元素对仪器信号漂移和基体效应的校正,根据实验结果选择Cs为最佳校正内标。各元素测定下限为0.095~0.56 ng/mL,回收率为(n=20)为96%~108%。用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)进行样品对照分析,结果一致。实际样品测定的RSD在2.7%~7.3%之间。

Abstract: Micro elements in neodymium iron boron were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Through experiments,the mass number for determination was established,and the addition amount of hydrofluoric acid was selected when determining Nb and Zr.The acidity for determination and matrix effect were investigated.The correction of instrumental signal shift and matrix effect was studied using Rh,In,Cs and Tl as internal standard.According to the experimental results,Cs was selected as internal standard for correction.The limit of determination for all elements were 0.095-0.56 ng/mL,and the recoveries were 96%-108%(n=20).Compared with the inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES),the results were in good agreement.The relative standard deviations (RSD) of actual sample were 2.7%-7.3%.
