新改进的无沫浮选管及其装置

摘 要:本文介绍一种新改进的无沫浮选管及其装置,它不同于以往采用的单泡管装置[1.2.3.4.5]。这种装置用两个普通的大玻璃瓶等简易装置,获得了恒定的气体流量,操作简单,控制方便。有可靠的实验数据证明,从原理上进行了分析。这种改进的无沫浮选管的毛细管可更换,能在浮选管内进行调浆不会堵塞,试验重复性好。浮选纯方铅矿的7个重复试验,平均回收率为82.47%时,极差是0.98%,均方误差仅0.39%。本文还介绍了对无沫浮选管结构形式的研究和搅拌器磁场强度的研究。
Abstract: An improved Hallimond tube and the related equipments are presentedin this paper.It is some what different from conventional Haleimond Tubes[1.2.3.4.5].It employs simple equipments such as two ordinary glass bottlesto achieve constant gas flowrate.It is easy to operate,convenient to control.Reliable experimental data have been obtained and it has been analysed inprinciple.Its capillary may be replaced and not be blinded during conditioningin the flotation tube.It provides good reappearance in experiments.Resultsof seven parallel tests on galena showed that range error 0.98% and samplestandard deviation 0.39% can be achieved when the average recovery being82.48%.Investigations on structure of the flotation tube and on magneticfields intensity in the magnatic stirrer have also been outlined here.
