磁铁矿粉在气固分选流化床中的塌落行为研究

摘    要:在外径为180 mm的气固分选流化床中用高速动态摄像仪对磁铁矿粉的床层塌落行为进行观察,绘出其塌落曲线,引入塌落速度Uc,床层膨胀率RBE和标准塌落时间TSC 3个参数来表征塌落过程。实验结果表明:磁铁矿粉呈现出类似B类颗粒塌落特征,没有明显的受阻沉降阶段和浓相压缩阶段,并且细颗粒的滞气能力明显好于粗颗粒的滞气能力,为拓宽气固流化床干法选煤加重质的粒度范围提供参考。通过对塌落机制的分析,提出气固流化床床层塌落速度计算模型 ,其计算值与实际的测量值吻合较好。

Abstract: Collapse behavior of magnetite powder was investigated in a 180 mm outer diameter gas-solid fluidized bed for mineral separation with high-speed dynamic video camera. The collapse profile was plotted and the collapse process was characterized by Uc, RBE and TSC. The results of collapse experiments indicate that magnetite powder has a certain amount of expansion height when it is fluidized. The process of bed collapse shows the collapse characteristics similar to Group B particles with no significant hindered sedimentation stage and solids consolidation stage. The powder containing smaller fines has better ability to retain aeration than that containing bigger fines, which provides reference for expanding the size range of heavy medium in gas-solid fluidized bed dry coal preparation. By analyzing the collapse mechanism, the collapse rate calculation model is proposed, which has very good correlation with measured values.
