夏热冬冷地区居住建筑屋顶保温层最佳厚度分析

摘    要:考虑太阳辐射对屋顶传热影响及空调采暖设备全天和夜间2种运行模式,采用等效空调和采暖度时数计算空调采暖能耗。在此基础上应用P1-P2经济性模型和全生命周期理论对夏热冬冷地区上海、长沙、韶关和成都居住建筑不同外表面颜色典型屋顶的4种保温层最佳厚度进行研究,并对采用最佳厚度保温层时的生命周期总投资、净收益及回收周期进行计算。研究结果表明:保温层最佳厚度由大到小依次为胶粉聚苯颗粒、膨胀聚苯乙烯、无机保温砂浆、挤塑聚苯乙烯;空调采暖设备全天运行时,4种材料保温层厚度为85~161 mm,生命周期总投资为125.4~251.4元/m2,净收益为363.9~787.3元/m2。与之相比,空调采暖设备在夜间运行时保温层最佳厚度、生命周期总投资和净收益分别减小约21%,16%,40%。

Abstract:

Considering the effect of solar radiation on heat transfer through roof and the two schedules of 24 h and nighttime operations for cooling and heating equipments, the equivalent cooling and heating degree-hours were used to calculate the energy consumption for cooling and heating. On this basis, the optimum insulation thicknesses of four insulation materials for a typical roof with different surface colors were studied using the P1-P2 economic model and life cycle analysis in cities of hot summer and cold winter zone including Shanghai, Changsha, Shaoguan and Chengdu. Life cycle costs, life cycle savings and payback periods in employing the insulation material with optimum thickness were also calculated. The results show that the optimum insulation thicknesses from high to low in turn are colloidal polyphenyl granular, expanded polystyrene, inorganic insulation mortar and extruded polystyrene. For 24 h operation of cooling and heating equipments, the optimum thicknesses of four materials are between 85-161 mm, the life cycle costs range from 125.4 to 251.4 RMB Yuan/m2 and life cycle net savings range from 363.9 to 787.3 RMB Yuan/m2; compared with the 24 h operation, the optimum thicknesses, life cycle costs and net savings during night time operation reduce by about 21%, 16% and 40%, respectively.
