摘    要:建筑的外围护结构是建筑的重要组成部分。通过对建筑外围护结构进行合理的设计,可以有效提高建筑的气候适应性,改善建筑的舒适性。提出建筑外围护结构的设计应该遵循适应气候、可变性、经济性、整体化、地域化等原则;对组成建筑外维护结构的墙体、玻璃幕墙、窗户遮阳,阳台与走道、屋顶等重点部位的设计策略进行了阐述;建立了典型的研究模型对建筑维护结构的性能进行模拟与分析,得出运用外墙外保温、双层玻璃窗、呼吸式玻璃幕墙、屋顶遮阳和外窗遮阳共5项外围护结构的节能措施以及综合使用多种技术手段情况下的建筑节能率,为进行有效建筑维护结构的设计提供参考。

Abstract:

Envelop is an important component of building. Well design of envelop makes great sense to promote climate adaptability for the building, improve building comfort and drive forward energy conservation. The design principle of adaptation to climate, variability, economy, localization and integration were put forward, the strategies on wall, glass curtain wall, the window sunshade, the balcony and footpath, roof and other parts were described, and a typical research model to simulate and analyze the envelop performance to figure out energy saving rates were established, by adopting external thermal insulation, double glazing, respiratory glass curtain wall, roof shading, exterior shading and comprehensive use of various technical means. This can provide reference for envelop design.
