本体聚合法制备超薄阻垢防腐膜的研究

摘 要:用真空热分解聚四氟乙烯粉末所产生的 四氧乙烯单体气体进行本体聚合,在碳钢管上制得厚仅4.1μm,与基材结合牢固,表面光滑、无针孔的超薄聚四氟乙烯膜.该膜与基材的结合力等级介乎 0~1,对食盐电解液的蒸发过程阻垢率为85%,并耐氢氧化钠溶液、硫酸和氢氟酸的腐蚀,具有优良的阻垢防腐性能,特别适用于各类腐蚀性和易结垢性介质的换热表面.
Abstract: Ultrathin membrane of polytetrafluoroethylene, which is only 4. 1μm thick, possess smooth surface and is combined firmly with surface of carbon steel tube, has been prepared on the surface of carbon steel--tube by means of monomer polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene gas which is produced by thermal cracking of PTFE under vacuum conditions. It has proved to possess good properties of encrustation inhibition and corrosion resistance because its encrustation inhibitive rate amounts to 85% in the evaporation process of salt electrolyte and it can resist corroding by sulphuric acid and hydrofluoric acid. The ultrathin membrane can be used in heat transfer surface for all kinds of corrosive and encrustative material.
