摘 要:Melt-spun quenching NdFeB powders were treated through mechanical ball-milling. Their microscopic images and performance before and after the milling were observed. Microstructures and phase structures of the powders were measured with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Magnetic properties and fluidity of the composite magnet were measured respectively with vibrating sample magnetometer and melting index tester. The results indicate that those powders were not oxidized during mechanical ball-milling in the acetone. After milling, fluidity of NdFeB/PA composites increases, and Br and (BH)m of NdFeB composite magnet bonded with epoxy resin decrease while Hc increases. After milling for 200 h, the squama-shaped NdFeB powders turn into tiny grains.
