摘    要:<正>Raman and IR spectra of Nb-dopedPTC Ba1-xPbxTiO3, semiconducting ceramics (x=0, 0.28, 0. 296, 0. 313, 0. 330, 0. 370 ) have been neasured,and mode assignments of Raman scattering frequenciesand itfrared absorption peaks have been made at roomtemperature. The influence of Pb2+ ions content on resis-tivity temperature characteristics and vibration spectrafor the Ba1-xPbxTiO3 ceramics have been discussed,andthe temperature dependence of the Raman spectra in te-.tragonal and cubic phases have been investigated from25 to 340℃. The results indicated that the Raman spec-tra of the paraelectric phase above Curie point are obvi-ously different from that of ferroelectric phase belowCurie point are obviously different from that of ferro-electric phase below Curie point for all the samples. Curiepoint of each sample, which is determined by resistivity-temperature characteristic measurment, is in good agree-ment with the results of Raman analysis.
