矿石粒径对次生硫化铜矿浸出规律的影响

摘    要:矿石粒径是影响次生硫化铜矿中铜浸出率的重要因素。为了考察矿石粒径对次生硫化铜浸出规律的影响,进行不同矿石粒径条件下的细菌浸矿摇瓶实验。研究结果表明:矿石粒径与溶液pH成反比,含大粒径矿石的溶液pH变化比含小粒径矿石的溶液pH大;浸矿46 h内,矿石粒径对细菌浓度的影响不显著,浸矿46 h后,细菌浓度与矿石粒径成反比;粒径较小的矿石浸矿反应迅速,铜浸出率峰值较小;粒径较大的矿石浸矿反应缓慢,铜浸出率峰值较高;浸矿150 h时,矿石粒径对铜浸出率的影响可以忽略;浸矿180 h后,矿石粒径 0.098<r≤0.125 mm的溶液中铜浸出率可达74.37%;利用Origin拟合和方程推导,获得矿石粒径、铜浸出率与浸矿时间关系方程。

Abstract: Ore particle size is an important factor that affects the copper leaching rates of secondary copper sulfide. To investigate the influence of ore particle size on the secondary copper sulfide ore leaching rate, the acid leaching shake flask experiments under the conditions of different particle sizes were conducted. The results show that there is an inverse relationship between ore particle size and solution pH; and the solution with comparative large ore particle size has a wide range of pH change than that of solution with small ore particle size. If the leaching time is less than 46 h, ore particle size has little influence on the bacterial concentration; but bacterial concentration is inversely proportional to ore particle size after being leached for more than 46 h. For smaller ore particle, the reaction rate is high and the peak number of copper leaching rate is comparatively low; for large size ore particle, the reaction rate is low and the peak number of copper leaching rate is comparatively high. When the leaching time is 150 h, the influence of ore particle size on the leaching rate is so small that it could be neglected. When leaching time is over 180 h, the copper leaching rate reaches 74.37% in the solution in which the ore particle size is bigger than 0.098 mm and equal or less than 0.125 mm. The relationship equation between ore particle size, copper leaching rate and leaching time was obtained by using origin and formula derivation.
