热处理工艺对0Cr17Ni钢磁性能的影响

摘 要:研究了不同温度淬火、高温回火对0Cr17Ni不锈钢磁性能的影响,通过显微组织、碳化物析出特点、残余奥氏体含量分析,解释了产生磁性能变化的原因。结果表明:奥氏体化温度越高,铁素体含量越多,磁性能越好。高温回火后磁性能得到明显提高。但奥氏体化温度过高,残余奥氏体增多、晶粒增大,降低磁性能。
Abstract: The quenching at different temperature and the temper at high temperature affect the magnetic performance of stainless steel.It analyses microstructure and feature of carbide precipitation and content of retained austenite and explains how the magnetic performance changes.The result shows that as the austenitizing temperature is higher and ferrite content is more,the magnetic performance is better.The temper at high temperature can improve the magnetic performance greatly.On the other hand,if the temperature of austenitizing is too high,retained austenite is too much and crystal grain grows very big,the magnetic performance will be fall down.
