摘    要:本文对湘潭钢铁厂700初轧机主传动可控硅励磁系统进行了详细的模拟研究,准确地建立了系统的数学模型和仿真模型,并分析了仿真模型的可靠性。实践证明:其仿真研究是成功的,所采用的仿真方法对研究其他类似的控制系统也有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:

This paper is about the simulation research on the Xiang Tan Iron andSteel Plant’s 700 blooming mill main drive system excited by SCR in detail.The mathematical model of the system is structured exactly and the relia-bility of the simulation model is described.

In addition the paper deals with the problems that the dynamic qualityof the current loop is not good in the system and that the voltage of thegenerator appears peak when the blooming mill throws steel, and the causeresulting in these problems. The better parameters of the regulators forimproving the dynamic quality of system are found out. These parametershave been applied to practical system and satisfactory results have been got.

Practice shows that the simulation of the 700 blooming mill control systemis successful. The simulation methods which are used in the article havecertain reference value for studying the control system in other domains, too.
