热加工工艺对TA30棒材显微组织及力学性能的影响

摘    要:对TA30钛合金采用2种热加工工艺锻造成d 90 mm棒材,对不同工艺加工的棒材进行室温拉伸、550 ℃高温拉伸及热稳定性研究,观察显微组织和断口形貌。结果表明: 不同工艺棒材均获得双态组织,断口形貌都呈现延性断口,室温拉伸、550 ℃高温拉伸及热稳定性良好,达到使用要求。但采用在两相区拔长工艺,可以简化工序,提高生产效率并显著提高成材率。

Abstract: TA30 titanium alloy ingot was forged to d 90 mm bars by two different forging processes, the tensile properties and thermal stabilities at 550 ℃ of the bars between different processing were studied, and the microstructure and fractography were observed. The results show that two kinds of bars forged by different processes obtain bimodal structure, and the fractographies are plastic. The room temperature and high temperature tensile properties and 550 ℃ thermal stabilities of the bars can meet the specification. The stretching process under β transus can simplify the processing, raise efficiency and the ratio of product.
