离子色谱法测定氧化钪中的铜、镍、锌

摘 要:介绍了离子色谱法对氧化钪中的Cu,Ni,Zn等元素的分离和测定.提出了将Cl-P350草淋树脂用于Sc与杂质元素预分离的方法.分析柱为阳离子交换柱Nucleosil SA,流动相为草酸-乙二胺体系,以PAR为柱后衍生显色剂.Cu,Ni,Zn的线性范围分别为0.1~5.0,0.1~5.0,0.05~5.0mg/L,检出限分别为0.25,0.025,0.010mg/L.本法已用于氧化钪样品分析和提纯工艺的监控中.
Abstract: An ion-chromatography method was described for the determination of Cu, Ni and Zn in scandium oxide. A new method of pre-separation of Cu, Ni and Zn from scandium oxide by means of extraction chromatography resin CL-P350 was proposed. The separation system consists of silica-gel chemically bonded canon exchanger Nucleosil SA (10μm) as stationary phase and an oxalate-ethylendiamine solution as mobile phase. The calibration curves of these metal ions were found to be linear in the range of 0.1  ̄5.0, 0. 1 ̄5. 0, 0. 05 ̄5. 0 mg/L for Cu, Ni and Zn respectively. The detection limits for Cu, Ni and Zn are 0. 025,0. 025, 0. 010mg/L. This new method was applied to the analysis of scandium oxide and the purification technology of scandium oxide.
