钨基复合材料自冷发汗机理研究

摘 要:本文通过计算和理论分析表明,对真实冷却剂在真实热环境中来说,自冷发汗过程是难以建立的。以渗银钨和渗铜钨为代表的这类材料称之为自冷发汗材料是不适当的。渗银钨和渗铜钨之所以能成功地用于3873K和6.86MPa的热环境中,主要是由于铜和银良好的导热性带来的大的热沉而不是自冷发汗。
Abstract: The calculation and the analyses showed that the so-called self-cooling process is difficult to be carried out with real coolants in actual heat envi- ronment. Therefore, it would be incorrect to call the materials which were developed in the early 1960’s and represented by W--Ag and W--Cu compo- sites self--cooling materials. The reason why tungsten infiltrated with copper and that infiltrated with silver could be used in the environment of 6.86MPa and 3873K seems to be that it was mainly attributed to the great heat sink caused by the good heat conductivities of silver and copper instead of attributed to self--cooling.
