铜渣浸出毒性的鉴别和处置方式

摘 要:铜渣中含有大量有价金属,很多有价金属在酸雨淋溶下会浸入水中,从而对环境造成威胁。本文主要是分析了铜渣的矿相,利用硫酸硝酸法对铜渣进行了浸出毒性的试验研究,并对浸出液毒性进行了评价,证明铜渣中铜含量超标,为一般工业废弃物。并确定相应的安全处置方式。
Abstract: There are many valuable metals in the copper slag,many of them will be exacted under the leaching of acid rain.Accordingly to these soluble metals will have a great risk on the environmental.The main mineral phase of copper slag was analyzed and the leaching toxicity of the residue was investigated experimentally with sulphuric acid and nitric acid method,and the leaching toxicity of copper slag was estimated that the copper slag belongs to general industrial waste with copper concentration over the national standards,and that the relevant disposal method was made.
