铝电解用SnO2基惰性阳极的研究

摘 要:所研制的电极在电解温度下的电阻率为(0.6~1.4)×10-3Ω·cm,比碳素阳极低得多,腐蚀速率为(0.5~3)×10-3g/cm2·h,在0.6~1.0A/cm2的范围内析氧超电压为0.1~0.2V,小型电解实验的电流效率为86%~88%。本文还讨论了SnO2基惰性阳极在工业上应用的前景及经济性问题。
Abstract:
This paper describes the results of aluminum electrolysis by using SnO2 inertanode in laboratory study,including the preparation of electrode,the effect ofvarious doping agents on the physical properties and its anticorrosion and eletro-chemical behaviour in the cryolite-alumina melts.We have also analysed and dis-cussed the conducting property of electricity,corrosion mechanism and the processof oxygen evolution,The specific resistance of the prepared anode at electrolytictemperature is(0.6~1.4)×10-3Ω·cm,much lower than that of the carbon anode.The corrosion rate is(0.5~3)×10-3g/cm2·h.The anode overvoltage varies from 0.1 to 0.2V in the range of 0.6~1.0A/cm2,and the current efficiency of pilotcell is usually 86%~88%.We have also discussed the relationship between the inert anode and thecathode in solid state,suggested the concept of critical corrosion rate and des-eribed the future and economic value of inert anode application in industryin this paper.And a formula used to evaluate its economic value is derived.
