基于正交设计的浮式风机Spar平台动态响应优化

摘    要:为了研究螺旋侧板及其各设计参数(螺旋侧板片数、高度、螺距比)对浮式风机Spar平台动态响应的影响,建立附加螺旋侧板的Spar平台浮式风机整机模型。基于数值模拟和有限元方法,结合正交试验设计方法研究螺旋侧板及其各设计参数对浮式风机Spar平台动态响应的影响,并与不附加螺旋侧板的Spar平台进行对比。研究结果表明:螺旋侧板可明显抑制浮式风机Spar平台的垂荡、纵摇运动响应,对纵荡运动响应影响不大;在所设定的螺旋侧板各设计参数范围内,片数为2、高度为15%D(D为Spar主体直径)、螺距比为5为较佳的螺旋侧板设计参数组合;螺旋侧板高度和螺距比是优化Spar动态响应的最关键设计参数。

Abstract: In order to study the effects of the helical strakes and their design parameters (the number of pieces of the helical strakes, the height of the helical strakes, the pitch ratio of the helical strakes) on the dynamic response of floating wind turbine Spar platform, a floating wind turbine Spar platform with additional helical strakes machine model was built. Considering the numerical simulation and the finite element method, numerical simulation was carried out to calculate the effects of the different parameters of the helical strakes on the dynamic response of platform, and compared with no additional helical strakes Spar platform. The results show that helical strakes significantly control the heave and pitch response of platform, but have little impact on the Surge response. The best design parameters are that the number of pieces of the helical strakes is 2, the height of the helical strakes is 15%D (D is main body diameter of Spar platform) and the pitch ratio of the helical strakes is 5. The height and pitch ratio of the helical strakes is the most importance design parameters of dynamic response of Spar.
