基于AHP-TOPSIS评判模型的姑山驻留矿采矿方法优选

摘    要:为了解决马钢集团姑山露天铁矿境界外驻留矿体的开采技术难题,在综合层次分析法(AHP)和逼近理想解的排序法(TOPSIS)基本理论的基础上,建立AHP-TOPSIS综合评判指标体系模型,对4种拟选的采矿方法进行综合评判优选。从经济、技术、安全3方面综合考虑影响采矿方法的评判指标,通过层次分析法客观的确定各评判指标的权重向量,进而结合逼近理想解的排序法原理构建AHP-TOPSIS综合评判指标体系模型,计算出4种采矿方法基于评判指标的综合优越度。研究结果表明:4种拟选采矿方法的优越度分别为45.3%,46%,64.3%,30%,第Ⅲ种采矿方法(上向水平分层充填法)最优。该结果与模糊数学、突变级数法的评判结果基本相符,AHP-TOPSIS综合评判指标体系模型对于采矿方法优选具有工程的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: In order to solve the mining technical problem of outside boundary stay ore for Gu mountain open pit iron ore of Masteel Group, an AHP-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation index system model was established based on the basic theory of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS), and the AHP-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation index system model was used to evaluate four kinds of mining methods comprehensively. Considering the economy, technology and security, which impacted the evaluation indexes of mining method, the weight matrix of the evaluation indexes was established according to the AHP method, and then, the AHP-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model was established with the basic theory of TOPSIS. Finally, the superior degrees of mining method based on the comprehensive evaluation index were calculated. The results show that the synthetic superior degrees of the optional mining methods are 45.3%, 46%, 64.3%, 30%, and the third method is the optimal. The research results are consistent with that of fuzzy mathematics and catastrophe progressing method, and the AHP-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model for mining method optimization has the feasibility and effectiveness.
