摘    要:研究了Sn含量对烧结三元NdFeB合金、NdDyFeAlB合金磁性能的影响.Sn采用辅合金引入.研究发现Sn使三元NdFeB磁性能全面降低,且随含Sn量增加、下降幅度增大.而对于NdDyFeAlB合金,在适当热处理情况下,添加Sn使合金的矫顽力得到提高,最佳含Sn量约为0.15%(质量分数).但是,不适当的热处理,使NdDyFeAlBSn合金的矫顽力反而比热处理前还低.X射线衍射实验表明,矫顽力下降的合金中出现明显的α-Fe衍射峰.模型计算也说明,软磁性α-Fe的析出是合金矫顽力下降的原因.

Abstract: Magnetic properties of NdFeB magnets with addition of various amounts of Sn by two-powder method were studied. It is showed that all properties of NdFeB are degraded by adding Sn. However, coercivity of NdDyFeAlB is improved with addition of Sn when magnet has been annealed at proper temperature. However, the coercivity is decreased by annealing at unsuitable temperatures. It is found by X-ray diffraction that there isα-Fe in alloy with lower coercivity. In addition, model calculation shows that precipitation of α-Fe results in degradation of coercivity.
