摘    要:采用LabVIEW开发平台,设计了虚拟仪器系统———油品含水量检测仪.基于射频阻抗理论,并考虑温度的影响,提出了曲面拟合法多传感器信息融合技术方案.用机油进行实验,结果表明:信息融合前,在水分标定值为10%时,传感器的灵敏温度系数为αs10=3.30×10-3/℃,水分测量值为9.771 7%;信息融合后,αs10=8.50×10-4/℃,水分测量值为9.954 2%.与未融合前相比,信息融合后,温度稳定性和测量精度都明显提高.

Abstract: Selecting graph program language (LabVIEW) which provides an easy means for non-programmers to quickly design and implement complex test and measurement and automation applications, based on Virtual Instrument Technique, the authors designed water content in oil detector. Based on the theory of radio-frequency impedance and concerning the effect of temperature, a method of curved surface fitting is introduced. By using lubricant,the test results show that the sensitive temperature coefficient and water content successively are 3.30×10-3/℃, 9.771 7% before information-fusion processing, when the water-content of sample is labeled as 10% .But after information-fusion processing, there are 8.50×10-4/℃, 9.954 2%. Both the temperature stability and the measuring precision compared with results before information-fusion processing are greatly improved.
