基础振动下直动式溢流阀的动态特性

摘    要:针对TBM掘进过程中存在的强振动对其上液压系统及元件工作性能的影响,以直动式溢流阀为研究对象,建立阀的Simulink仿真模型,分析基础振动及结构参数对溢流阀动态特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:直动式溢流阀的调定压力波动幅值随基础振动的振幅增大而线性增大,当频率等于80 Hz时,波动幅值达到最大,当频率超过80 Hz时,压力波动幅值随频率的增大而微弱减小;设计合理的受控腔容积能改善阀的动态特性;减小阀芯质量能显著减小因基础振动引起的压力波动,提高阀的稳定性。

Abstract: Aiming at the impact of fundamental vibration that exists in the TBM tunneling process on the performance of the hydraulic systems and components, the simulink model for direct operated pressure relief valve was established. The influences of fundamental vibration and the structural parameters on its dynamic characteristics were analyzed. The results show that the valve setting-pressure fluctuation amplitude increases linearly with the increase of fundamental vibration. The maximum is reached at the excitation frequency of 80 Hz, while the pressure amplitude slightly decreases with the increase of frequency when the excitation frequency is 80 Hz. The valve dynamic characteristics can be improved by adding a suitable controlled chamber volume. Meanwhile, reducing the mass of the spool can significantly decrease the pressure fluctuation caused by the foundation vibration and improve the valve’s stability.
