曝气生物滤池处理染料废水的机理模型

摘    要:针对染料废水的曝气生物滤池(BAF)处理过程进行实验与数学模型研究。在对BAF内部界面传质和生物反应过程进行定量描述的基础上,根据质量守恒定律建立描述BAF处理染料废水的机理模型,并利用模型预测稳态运行和不同水力停留时间条件下的处理效果。同时,开展与模拟条件相同的实验过程,将模型预测结果与实验结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:在不同运行条件下模型预测结果都能较好重现实验结果,最大模型预测误差不超过12.2%,这也说明BAF内反应过程机理分析和数学描述的正确性;模型具有较好的鲁棒性,受参数输入精度的影响较小。

Abstract: Mathematical and experimental studies were conducted for the treatment process of dyeing wastewater by biological aerated filter (BAF). Based on quantitative illustrating for interfacial mass transfer and biological reaction processes in BAF, a mechanism model illustrating dyeing wastewater treatment by BAF process was developed according to the mass conservation principle. The model was used to predict the treatment efficiencies at steady running status and different hydraulic retention times. At the same time, experiments were carried out under the same operation conditions as the simulation processes. The model prediction results were compared with the experiment results. The results show that the model prediction results can well reproduce the experiment results at different operation conditions with the maximum error of no more than 12.2%. This also states that the mechanism analysis and mathematical illustration for the processes in BAF are reasonable. The model is robust and has little dependence on the accuracy of the input parameters.
