隧道突水模型试验流固耦合相似材料的研制及应用

摘    要:为研究开挖扰动下隧道围岩渗透突水演化规律,基于流固耦合相似理论,以水泥和石膏为胶结材料、砂为骨料,通过大量室内试验配置一种能够满足弹性模量、强度、亲水性、孔隙率、渗透系数以及软化系数等要求的流固耦合相似材料。采用正交试验方法优化相似材料的配比试验,研究各因素(砂粒径、膏砂比、灰砂比、水砂比)对相似材料力学与水理性能的影响规律,并将该流固耦合相似材料应用于隧道突水物理模型试验中。研究结果表明:该流固耦合相似材料能够满足试验要求,并能有效地模拟隧道突水的灾变演化过程。

Abstract: A similar material for liquid-solid coupling which can satisfy the requirement in terms of elastic modulus, strength, hydrophilic property, porosity, hydraulic conductivity and softening coefficient was compounded through numerous tests based on the liquid-solid coupling theory. In the materials, cement and plaster were used as cementing material, and sand was used as aggregate. Influence of the factors such as sand particle, gypsum proportion, cement proportion and water usage on the mechanical and hydrological properties were investigated. Then, the similar material for liquid-solid coupling was applied in the tunnel water-inrush tests. The results show that this similar material meets the requirement of model tests and can effectively simulate the catastrophe evolution process of tunnel water inrush.
