摘    要:针对新型亚稳定β型钛合金——Ti-15-3合金,将物理模拟与数值模拟相结合,采用3维热力耦合刚粘塑性有限元模型与3层向后传播的人工神经网络模型相结合的方法,开发了一个相应的有限元数值模拟系统,对Ti-15-3合金筒形件的热反挤成形过程进行了数值模拟。模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,说明本文的热力耦合理论分析、流变应力的神经网络预测模型以及所开发的数值模拟系统是可靠的。该模拟结果为建立Ti-15-3合金热反挤成形过程中显微组织预测模型奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract: Ti-15-3 alloy is a new meta-stable β-type titanium alloy. Combining physical simulation with numerical simulation,a FE numerical simulation system was developed to simulate the hot backextrusion process of Ti-15-3 alloy cylinder billet by introducing three layers BP neural network models into 3D thermal-mechanical coupled rigid-viscoplastic finite element model. The results of simulation agree well with the experimental ones. It is shown that the thermo-mechanical analysis, and the neural network models of flow stress as well as the numerical simulation system are reliable. The simulated results lay a good foundation for building a predicting model of microstructure of Ti-15-3 alloy during hot back-extrusion.
