富钴结壳的湿法冶金

摘    要:对磁选富钴结壳精矿中有价金属进行二氧化硫活化浸出,采用氧化中和除铁、硫化沉淀富集钴镍、铜和锌、氧压酸溶和萃取分离的流程综合回收钴、镍、铜、锌、锰和铁等多种金属。提出并研究硫化沉淀后液结晶生产硫酸锰,由硫酸锰焙解生产四氧化三锰的工艺,以实现二氧化硫的再生和试剂消耗的减少。整个工艺流程简单,能耗低。

Abstract: Valuable metals in cobalt-rich crust concentrated by magnetic separation were activation leached with sulfur dioxide. Metals such as Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mn and Fe were recovered by the process of neutralization deferrization, sulfurization precipitation, pressure leaching and solvent extraction. The preparation of manganese sulfate and manganese oxide (Mn3O4) by crystallization solution were proposed and studied, the regeneration of sulfur dioxide was realized and the decrease of reagent consumption was achieved. The whole process is simple and has low energy consumption.
