微粒捕集器分区域微波再生过程功率优化

摘    要:建立微粒捕集器分区域微波再生模型,并对该模型进行验证;采用正交试验设计方法提取微粒捕集器分区域微波再生平衡过程的关键参数(孔隙率、再生时间、电机旋转角、排气温度、氧流量等),利用分区域微波再生模型对再生过程中的再生效率、功率消耗进行四水平正交模拟计算,得到各关键参数对微粒捕集器分区域微波再生过程中再生效率和微波功率消耗的影响规律,确定再生过程的最优参数组合。研究结果表明:当再生时间由7.5 min减至3.0 min时,再生过程中功率消耗的最大值增大2.1倍;当孔隙率为0.6,再生时间为7.5 min,电机旋转角为30°,排气温度为500 ℃,氧流量为0.1 kg/s时,再生效率提高9.8%,功率消耗的平均值降低28%。

Abstract: A divisional microwave regeneration model of diesel particulate filter was established and verified.The key parameters(porosity,regeneration time,motor rotation angle,exhaust temperature,oxygen flow rate,etc) of the divisional microwave regeneration balance process of the diesel particulate filter were extracted by the way of orthogonal design.The four-level orthogonal simulation calculation of regeneration efficiency and power consumption in the regeneration process was carried out using the divisional microwave regeneration model. The influence of key parameters on the regeneration efficiency and microwave power consumption in the microwave regeneration process of the diesel particulate filter was obtained. Finally, the optimal combination of parameters for the regeneration process was determined. The results show that when the regeneration time is reduced from 7.5 min to 3.0 min, the maximum power consumption during regeneration increases by 2.1 times.When the porosity is 0.6,the regeneration time is 7.5 min,the motor rotation angle is 30°, the exhaust temperature is 500 ℃ and oxygen flow rate is 0.1 kg/s,the regeneration efficiency is increased by 9.8%,and the average power consumption is decreased by 28%.
