有色重金属短流程节能冶金产业技术发展方向

摘 要:
有色金属品种多,其冶炼工艺复杂,不同程度的存在流程长、“冷-热”工序交替、能源重复消耗等共性问题.文章从“节能减排”的角度,以“短流程”为核心,以闪速冶金技术创新为重点,提出了连续炼铜、一步炼铅、旋涡柱精矿啧嘴、合金水套、事故预警等产业技术及其装备的创新方向.
Abstract: There are variety nonferrous metals, and the metallurgical industry exists some common problems to be solved, such as complex process, long flow, alternate "cold-hot" procedure, repeated consumption of energy, and so on. From the viewpoint of energy conservation and emission reduction, considering "short flow" and "flash smelting technology innovation", some industrial technologies and relevant equipments innovative direction for nonferrous heavy metal smelting were proposed, including copper continuous smelting process, lead one-step smelting process,vortex concentrate nozzle, alloy water jacket and incident pre-alarm system.
