Experimental Research on Laser Clad Forming and Its Micro-Crackles Controlling

摘 要:Laser clad forming (LCF)is a new kind of rapid manufacturing technology. It can directly manufacture compacted metal components and has many advantages. Some experimentalresearches have been carried out. The experimental samples formed by LCF have been obtained. The analyses on their micro structures show that the density of the metal components formed by LCF is very compacted. There is an important problem to be solved, that is the micro-crackles produced during LCF sometimes. Some methods to reduce and eliminate the micro-crackles have proposed and analyzed. A good result has been obtained.
