一水硬铝石型堆积铝土矿选矿脱硅除铁研究

摘 要:本文论述了一水硬铝石型堆积铝土矿的浮选脱硅和磁选除铁。用氧化石蜡皂作捕收剂,碳酸钠、六偏磷酸钠和腐植酸钠作调整剂,一水硬铝石的浮选性能良好。经过浮选,铝精矿中Al2O3回收率88.19%时,可以脱除48.15%的SiO2,铝硅比提高到15.23,比原矿提高约1.7倍。原矿直接磁选表明,铝精矿中Al2O3的回收率为82.62—78.25%时,Fe2O3的脱除率为68.97—75.44%,精矿中Fe2O3的含量下降到8.59—6.97%。通过选矿可为拜尔法或联合法生产氧化铝创造有利条件。
Abstract: The desilication by flotation and elimination of the iron content by mag-netic concentration of accumulative diasporite ore has been studied.Thefloatability of diasporite is good with oxiwax soap as a collector and Na2CO3、(NaPO3)6 and sodium humate(a salt of humic acid)as modifying agents.By means of flotation,48.15% silica is separated,88.19% alumina is reco-vered in the concentrate.The Al2O3 to SiO2 ratio is raised to 15.23.It is1.7 times higher than the raw ore.By magnetic concentration,68.97%—75.44% Fe2O3 can be eliminatad,while the content of Fe2O3 decreased to 8.59—6.97% and the recovery of Al2O3 was 82.62—78.25% in the concent-rate.It seems promising that the beneficiation of bauxite will produce amore favorable raw material for the production of alumina by the Bayer orCombination processes.
