新型双向硬密封旋球阀密封性能的有限元分析

摘    要:为了提高新型双向硬密封旋球阀的密封性能,基于ANSYS软件平台,采用对称罚函数的数值计算方法和新型双向硬密封旋球阀密封性能评价模型对新型双向硬密封旋球阀密封性能进行有限元分析。研究结果表明:新型双向硬密封旋球阀密封环面上沿轴向和径向密封比压呈抛物线型分布,其最小极值点比压分别为5.496 MPa和4.617 MPa;在密封环面的周向面上,密封面中心部分的密封比压最小,且密封比压分布曲线变化很小,其最小密封比压为5.252 MPa,新型双向硬密封旋球阀最小密封比压均大于最小密封临界比压1.920 MPa,表明新型双向硬密封旋球阀具备良好的密封性能,具有零泄漏的优点。

Abstract: In order to enhance the sealing performance of new type rotating ball valve with double direction metal sealing, the finite element analysis (FEA) was processed by using the numerical method of symmetrical penalty function and its corresponding evaluation model. Based on ANSYS, the sealing performance of new type rotating ball valve with double direction metal sealing was studied by using FEA. The results indicate that for the sealing ring surface, the sealing ratio pressure value along the axial and radial is characterized by parabolic distribution and its minimum extreme value points are 5.496 MPa and 4.617 MPa, respectively, and for the sealing ratio pressure on the circumferential sealing ring surface, it fluctuates a little, and the minimum value appears at the center section, in which the minimum value is 5.252 MPa, the minimum sealing ratio pressure value is more than the minimum critical ratio pressure value of 1.920 MPa, which indicates that the new type rotating ball valve with double direction metal sealing has good sealing performance with zero leakage.
