大跨多线公铁两用斜拉桥索锚结构疲劳荷载效应

摘    要:为研究公铁两用斜拉桥索锚结构的疲劳荷载效应,分析多车道公路和多线铁路疲劳荷载谱,讨论疲劳荷载效应组合方法,借助有限元分析软件和MATLAB数据处理平台,确定大跨度公铁两用桥梁索锚结构的疲劳荷载效应,结合同类桥梁样本点参数,回归给出荷载效应值与主跨跨径的定量关系。研究结果表明:根据实际交通量确定的公路和铁路疲劳荷载效应,且可保守取两线客货共线铁路疲劳荷载效应的10%作为公路疲劳荷载效应;各类荷载效应可以选用Miner线性累积损伤等效和BS5400提及的线性叠加的方式进行组合,其中,线性叠加组合值最为保守,组合系数可结合疲劳车(汽车、客货共线列车、客运专线列车)单独作用得到的荷载效应比值确定;随着斜拉桥跨径的增大,拉索疲劳索力幅呈增大趋势,可综合线性方程P1=2.385L+188.381、二次多项式方程P2=0.001 1L2+0.887L+602.456以及指数函数方程P4=640.623e0.001 4L,为公铁两用(铁路)斜拉桥索锚结构初步预测疲劳荷载效应幅值范围,选择合理的公铁两用(铁路)斜拉桥索锚结构类型。

Abstract: The fatigue load effects were researched with the analysis of fatigue loading spectrum of multi-lane highway and multi-line railway, and with the combinatorial methods of different fatigue load effects. With the help of MATLAB, the values of different fatigue load effects were acquired. By combining the parameters of sample points in the similar bridges, the quantitative relation of the fatigue load effects with the span was obtained. The results show that the cable force amplitude caused by highway fatigue load can be conservatively estimated as 10% of the one caused by railway fatigue load. The different kinds of fatigue load effects can be combined based on the Miner liner accumulated damage theory or the principle of linear superposition in BS5400. And the result of linear superposition is the most conservative one. Its combination coefficients are related to the load effect ratio of different fatigue loads. Besides, with the increase of span length of cable-stayed bridges, the cable fatigue amplitude has a tendency to increase. And it can be acquired by the overall consideration with the linear formula P1=2.385L+188.381, the quadratic polynomial formula P2=0.001 1L2+0.887L+602.456 and the exponential formula P4=640.623e0.001 4L in preliminary stage.
