钢筋混凝土双向板耐火性能研究

摘    要:利用有限元软件ABAQUS对高温下钢筋混凝土双向板三维瞬态温度场和三维力学性能进行非线性分析,数值模拟结果与文献结果吻合较好。在此基础上,分析影响钢筋混凝土双向板耐火性能的主要参数,包括跨高比、保护层、荷载比、配筋率、混凝土的抗压强度和抗拉强度。研究结果表明:保护层、荷载比、配筋率和抗拉强度对钢筋混凝土板耐火极限影响较大;混凝土板在高温时产生的张拉薄膜效应对耐火性能的提高有很大的有益作用;控制荷载比、提高配筋率、适当加大保护层厚度和提高混凝土的抗拉强度是提高钢筋混凝土板耐火性能的有效措施。

Abstract: Two-way RC slabs under elevated temperature were analyzed including three dimensional transient temperature field and three dimensional mechanical behavior by using the finite element program ABAQUS. Numerical results agree well with the experimental results provided by previous researchers. Based on the analysis, the primary parameters, such as span–depth ratio, thickness of concrete cover, load ratio, steel ratio, the compressive and tensile strength of concrete, are investigated herein. The results show that the influences of thickness of concrete cover, load ratio, ratio of reinforcement and the tensile strength of concrete are great; the tensile membrane action of two-way RC slab under elevated temperature is beneficial to its fire resistance; controlling the load ratio, increasing reinforcement ratio, properly increasing thickness of concrete cover and tensile strength of concrete could be effective measures to increase the fire resistance of RC slab.
