摘    要:在铝合金半连续铸造过程中,分别采用不施加外场与施加超声外场2种方案制备7050铝合金扁锭,采用Leica台式金相显微镜观察2种铸锭的显微组织,利用电子探针分析仪(EPMA)测定试样晶粒内主要合金元素Zn,Mg和Cu的含量,并对试样做线扫描分析。研究结果表明:施加超声外场铸锭的凝固组织与未施加超声外场铸锭的相比明显细化,铸锭中形成大量细小、均匀的等轴晶组织,溶质元素在晶内的固溶度增大;Zn,Mg和Cu的晶内相对溶质固溶度分别提高17.468%,49.549%和21.849%。

Abstract: Aluminium alloy 7050 billets were prepared by applying with ultrasonic field and without outfield in semi-continuous casting, respectively. The microstructures of the two billets were observed by using Leica desk metallographic microscope, and the electron probe micro-analyzer (EPMA) was used to determine the content of the main alloying elements Zn, Mg and Cu. The results show that compared with the billet casted without outfield, the billet casted in ultrasonic field is refined obviously. There are smaller and uniformer microstructures, and the solute solubility inside crystals of the elements increases. The relative intracrystalline solubilities of Zn, Mg and Cu increase by 17.468%, 49.549% and 21.849%, respectively.
