摘 要:基于ANSYS提供的Z-Buffer切片模型空间观测方式模拟了注射成形喂料在简单几何模腔的流动情况。讨论了浇口位置、浇口大小和模壁温度等工艺参数对熔体充模过程的影响,预测注射成形过程中部分常见缺陷产生的条件。模拟结果表明:当采用长×宽为4 mm×1 mm的侧面浇口,模温为320 K、注射温度为400 K以及体积流量为60cm3/s的注射参数时进行注射,可以得到良好的无缺陷硬质合金I型拉伸试样预成形坯。
Abstract: The 3D simulation of cemented carbide feedstock filling simple geometric cavity was investigated by using the Z-Buffer solid observation function of ANSYS. The effects of the three main parameters on the filling process, including inlet position, inlet size, wall temperature, were discussed, respectively. The conditions for some defects, which often appear in the process of the metal powder injectionmolding, were also predicted. The simulation results showthat good I-shape green compacts of cemented carbide could be obtained when the volume flowvelocity, the dimensions of lateral inlet size, thewall temperature and the injection temperature are 60cm3/s, 4 mm×1 mm, 320Kand 400K, respectively, which is proved to be consistentwiththe experimental results.
