磨矿浓度的计算机控制

摘 要:凤凰山铜矿选厂的DDC系统采用PDP11/03计算机组成了PROSCON 20控制系统。在该谷制系统中,信息,数据的管理和存取是通过文件结构来实现的。其磨矿浓度的控制采用了模型、比例、串级控制。对磨矿浓度进行了计算机控制后,处理量提高5—8%。
Abstract: The PDP-11/03 microcomputer was adopted in DDC system of FengHuang Shan concentrator to form PROSCON 20 system. In this controlsystem the management of information and data and access were carriedout through the file structure. The control of pulp consistence has used themodel, ratio and cascade control. After the pulp consistence was controlledwith computer process, the handling output of product was increased by 5—8%.
