氢对TA15钛合金微观组织的影响

摘    要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜对不同氢含量TA15钛合金的微观组织进行观察,研究氢元素对其微观组织的影响。结果表明:氢是β相稳定元素,随着氢含量的增加,TA15组织中残留β相的含量随之增加;氢的存在能够促进TA15钛合金中孪晶的生长,随着氢含量的增加,孪晶数量随之增大;充氢后,TA15钛合金组织中生成氢化物,氢化物的形成方式有3种,一是以α相为基体、按α→α+δ方式析出面心立方结构的δ氢化物;二是在α相内部析出的层片状氢化物;三是按β→δ+α方式在β相内部共析转变生成的层状交替分布的δ氢化物。

Abstract: The microstructures of TA15 titanium alloy with different hydrogen contents were observed by OM, SEM and TEM. And the influence of hydrogen on the microstructure of TA15 titanium alloy was investigated. The results show that hydrogen is one of the stable element to β phase. With the increase of hydrogen content, the content of residual β phase of TA15 titanium alloy increases. Hydrogen can promote the growth of twins in TA15 titanium alloy, with the increase of hydrogen content, the numbers of twins increases. The hydrides are found in TA15 titanium alloy after hydrogen addition. There are three ways to form hydrides. One is that based on α phase, the face-centered cubic δ hydrides are separated out by means of α→α+δ. The second is that the lamellar hydrides precipitates within α phase. The third is that the lamellar δ hydrides eutectoid generates in a manner of β→δ+α within β phase.
