某国产聚丙烯腈原丝的预氧化研究

摘    要:在炭纤维生产线上对某国产聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝进行预氧化处理,采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对该国产聚丙烯腈原丝进行热分析,确定预氧化温度,采用元素分析仪、傅里叶转换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和X线衍射仪(XRD)等检测方法对不同预氧化阶段的纤维进行研究。研究结果表明:随着预氧化温度的升高,纤维的密度逐渐增加,最终密度达到1.366 g/cm3;纤维的含氧量随温度的升高而增加,且温度越高,增加越快,而其他元素变化缓慢;FTIR结果显示2 243.1 cm-1(C≡N)振动峰逐渐降低,新出现的1 612.2 cm-1(C=N)振动峰逐渐加强,表明纤维内线性分子链向耐热的梯形结构转变;X线衍射结果显示17°和29°附近的衍射峰强度逐渐减小,由较宽的衍射峰替代,表明纤维内发生收缩解取向,原序态结构消失,形成堆积较混乱的且不规则的梯形聚合物。

Abstract: The domestic polyacrylonitirle (PAN) fibers were pre-oxidated in the production line of carbon fibers. Thermal analysis of domestic polyacrylonitrile fibers was carried out by means of DSC, in order to define the temperature of stabilization. And the study of PAN-based fibers in the different pre-oxidation stages was investigated by means of elemental analyzer, FTIR, and X-ray diffractrometry. The results indicate that the density of fibers increases with the increase of temperature, and the density is up to 1.366 g/cm3. The oxygen element content increases when temperature rises, and the higher the temperature, the faster the increment, yet the other element contents change slowly. FTIR result shows that the peak of 2 243.1 cm-1 band for the nitrile decreases, a new peak of 1 612.2 cm-1 (C=N stretch vibratory) increases gradually, and fibers’ linear chains convert to thermotolerant ladder structure. XRD result illustrates that the peaks around 17°and 29° decrease, and are in place of a broad peak. The shrinkage and the loss of preferred orientation occur, the original ordered structure disappears, and the fibers form new disordered ladder compound.
