电炉造锍熔炼炉渣-低冰镍之间界面张力的测定

摘 要:本文采用座滴x射线透视摄像法对电炉造锍熔炼炉渣及合成炉渣与低冰镍之间的界面张力进行了测定。讨论了温度、炉渣中Fe3+含量及MgO含量对界面张力的影响。实验结果表明:温度升高及MgO在渣中含量的增加会使界面张力升高,而Fe3+在渣中含量的增加会使界面张力下降。
Abstract: Interfacial tensions between the electric matte smelting slag, syntheticslag and nickel matte have been determined with x-ray radiography ofsessile drops. Effects of temperature, Fe3+ and MgO content in slags oninterfacial tension are discussed. The results of the experiments show thatinterfacial tensions between two melts increase with the increase of tempe-rature and MgO content in slags, and decrease with the increase of Fe3+ content in slags.
