复杂破碎露天边坡的综合加固技术

摘    要:为降低剥采比,实现复杂破碎岩体条件下的陡帮开采,针对锦丰露天矿顺层滑坡、楔形体滑坡、倾倒滑坡和松散土体滑坡4种边坡失稳模式,综合考虑露天边坡坡面与岩体层面、岩体质量及边坡重要程度等因素,分别采取喷锚网+长锚索支护、长锚索+钢带支护、喷锚网支护、抗滑桩支护及HDPE防渗膜护坡等方式的大面积边坡加固措施,支护总面积达到53 200 m2,使坡面角达到55°~65°,整体边坡角达到34°~40°,边坡高度超过275 m,实现了复杂破碎深凹露天矿的陡帮开采。结合多年现场实践经验,全面分析了各种边坡加固措施的作用机理、适用范围、技术参数、施工步骤,以及支护效果和优缺点。

Abstract: In order to carry out steep open pit cutback in Jinfeng, which has a very complicated and broken rock condition, and at the same time decrease the stripping ratio, a study of its four main failure mechanism, namely, planar, wedge, toppling and sliding was conducted, giving fully consideration to factors likes of batter angle, rock bedding, rockmass quality and crucial priorities of batter in different domains. The slope supporting methods are as follows: mesh+split sets+shotcrete+cable bolts, cable bolts + mesh stripe, mesh+shotcrete+split sets, sheer pins and high density polyethylene (HDPE) membranes, total reinforement area reaches 53 200 m2, which enables successful cutback mining with the face angle at 55°-65°, overall angle of wall at 34°-40°,the maximal height of slope with 275 m. Based on years of practice and experience, a comprehensive analysis of action mechanism of above mentioned reinforcement methods, their application scope, technical parameters and implementation procedures, as well as the effect, pros and cons of these methods are presented.
