摘    要:为了能够快速有效地对旋转机械的故障进行及时诊断,基于人工智能方法,开发了实用的旋转机械振动诊断专家系统。系统依据所建立的包括转子、轴承和齿轮等关键部件在内的设备属性数据库,计算振动故障特征频率并自动获取振动频谱特征信息,运用诊断知识库中的知识进行正向或混合推理,对旋转机械的工作状态进行监测和诊断。诊断实例表明,系统设计合理,诊断快速正确可靠。

Abstract: To quickly and effectively diagnosis the rotating machinery fault in time, based on artificial intelligence method, a practical expert system for diagnosis of rotating machinery vibration was developed. According to the established system including the rotor, bearings and gears and other key components, including equipment, property database, the characteristic frequency vibration fault was calculated and the frequency spectrum characteristic information was automatically obtained. Using knowledge in diagnostic knowledge base, positive or mixed reasoning was carried out, and the rotation mechanical working condition monitoring and diagnosis were conducted. The examples show that the system design is reasonable, accurate and reliable.
