摘    要:提要用极值法得出了预焙槽阳极碳块最佳高度(H)的数学表达式。H植与电解槽的类型和容量有关.实例计算表明:某厂72kA敞开槽的H值为566mm,128kA密闭槽的为580mm,160kA密闭槽的为603um,均高于原设计值.

Abstract: A formula for calculating the optimal height of prebaked carbon anodes has been proposed with the help of critical value, method. The expression is as follows: H0=A(a/b)1/2 +hr(cm)where: A——anode height coefficient, dependent on the basic design parameter for the prebaked eleetrolytical cell, its value being in the range of 12. 0--14. 0; b----price of the prebaked carbon anode,, (¥)/kg; a——price of the direct current, (¥)/kWh; hr——height of the remaining anode, cm. The results of H0 with respect to the practical examples with capacity of 72,128 and 160 kA is 566, 580 and 603 mm respectively, all of them being higher than the original design values.
