摘    要:基于荷载作用下管片混凝土内部孔隙率的变化特征,提出荷载作用对氯离子扩散影响的理论分析模型,并根据Fick第一定律,推导得荷载作用对氯离子扩散系数的影响方程。在参考既有试验数据的基础上,采用数值拟合和参数回归的方法,分别建立侵蚀环境氯离子质量分数、荷载水平以及侵蚀时间3因素耦合作用下的扩散系数与表面氯离子质量分数的数学表征模型,进一步结合Fick第二定律提出了氯盐侵蚀环境及结构荷载耦合作用下的盾构隧道管片结构混凝土耐久性评价模型及寿命预计方法。

Abstract: According to the change law of pores within concrete under external load, a theoretical model was put forward, which was used to analyze the effect of chloride ion diffusion under load, and the influence equation was derived in accordance with the Fick first law. On the basis of existing tests, mathematical models of diffusion coefficient and surface chloride ion concentration under coupling effect of 3 factors (mass fraction of chloride ion in erosive environment, load and erosion time) were proposed. And then, by means of numerical fitting and parametric regression, the durability evaluation model and life prediction method of shield segment concrete under the chloride salt environment and load coupling effect were proposed in combination with the Fick second law.
