摘 要:采用压力复合方法实现了钢-半固态铝熔体复合,对复合板的界面剪切力学性能和界面结构进行了研究,确定了半固态铝熔体固相率与复合板界面剪切强度之间的关系以及钢-半固态铝熔体复合板的界面结构。结果表明:铝熔体固相率为32.2%时,复合板界面剪切强度最大,为69.7MPa,其界面是由铁铝化合物和铁铝固溶体交替构成的新型结构。
Abstract: By using pressing bonding method, the steel-mushy aluminum bonding was realized. The interfacial shear property and interfacial structure of steel-mushy aluminum bonding plate were studied and the relationship between aluminum solids fraction and interfacial shear strength of bonding plate and also the interfacial structure of the bonding plate were determined. The results showed that when aluminum solids fraction was 32.2%, the maximum interfacial shear strength of bonding plate was 69.7MPa, and the interface was constructed with Fe-Al compound and Fe-Al solid solution alternately.
