尿素均相沉淀法制备均分散氧化亚镍粉末(Ⅱ)——前驱体的热分解研究

摘 要:通过TG/DTA,XRD,SEM等 测试手段对氧化亚镍前驱体粒子及其煅烧产物的组成、结构、形貌等特征进行了分析表征.研究了前驱体粒子的热分解行为,确定了合适的煅烧温度,并分析了前驱 体粒子特征对最终氧化亚镍产物的影响.结果表明,在典型工艺条件下得到的前驱体粒子经严格控制一定的煅烧温度和时间,可得到均匀分散的球形氧化亚镍微 粉.
Abstract: In this paper, TG/DTA, XRD,SEM were used to characterize the samples of the NiO particles and their precursors.The behavior on thermolysis of the NiO precursor particles was studied and the appropriate temperature for calcining was determined. The effects of the precursor features on the final NiO particles were investigated.The results show that the spherical, monodispersed NiO particles were obtained by annealing NiO precursors under proper conditions.
